Synopsis:
In Busan, in the late 1970s, SONG Woo-suk is a lawyer looking for a profitable field of activity, turning to real estate law and then tax law. His peers see him as a man obsessed with money, turning a blind eye to what is happening in the country. This will change at the turn of the new decade, when a student of his acquaintance will be summarily arrested, his rights violated. SONG decides against all odds to defend him.
