Synopsis:
The most ferocious death row inmates are destined for isolation on Soorado Island. Things do not work there as they do elsewhere: there is no law or common sense. The evil Carlos Kun reigns on the island. Yul, a former police officer goes there and poses as a detainee in order to integrate on Soorado and hunt down Carlos Kun.
