Synopsis:
South Korea’s most wanted criminal, nicknamed “Helios”, and his assistant “Messenger” successfully stole a weapon of mass destruction, secretly developed by the South Korean military. An emergency response team was put in place in Hong Kong when the police learned that Helios was organizing a clandestine business on the island.
